Saturday, September 2nd the newly formed Eden Prairie Chinese Association celebrated with a ribbon cutting, picnic, and entertainment at Riley Lake Park Pavilion. About 150 people attended and brought dishes to share. There was traditional music, singing, poetry, and dancing. Mingzhou Huaxia Chinese School shared games and Mandarin class information.
