EP Gives, April 27th.
Bearpath Country Club hosts this year’s annual “EP Gives” on April 27th with the Eden Prairie Community Foundation. This year’s theme is Caribbean Nights. “EP Gives” is one of the largest fundraisers benefiting our community. Proceeds from the event assist individuals and families living in poverty, fund vital services to seniors and individuals living with disabilities, strengthen community services, and provide scholarships and access to after-school youth programs. Eden Prairie Historical Society’s 50th Anniversary Annual Meeting, April 25th.
Join local history buffs in the bleachers at the Eden Prairie Historical Society’s Annual Meeting, April 25th, 6 pm, at the Consolidated School’s historic gymnasium, 8100 School Road. The group will mark its 50th anniversary, community members are welcome.
Retired Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Paul Anderson, the young man in glasses sitting on the car in 1961, and with his cow, below, will share stories about growing up on the farm and in our community. His mother, Helen Holden Anderson founded the historical society in 1969.
Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce 50th Year Celebration, April 18th.
The Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce will celebrate a milestone, highlight its achievements, and recognize local businesses and their leaders at its “50th Year Celebration,” April 18th, 5 pm, Bearpath Country Club.
John Wiehoff, C.H. Robinson’s CEO will give the keynote address. The Fortune 500 company has been headquartered in Eden Prairie for over 40 years and is a top-five employer in our community. Details at epchamber.org.
