Tomato Bruschetta


Italian style bread

Extra virgin olive oil


Tomato Bruschetta Mix

5 Tomatoes, chopped

5 Basil leaves, chiffonade

5 Green onions, chopped

2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 Tablespoon salt

1 Tablespoon pepper 

Whipped Ricotta

3 Cups ricotta

1/2 Cup cream cheese

1/2 Cup Parmesan

1 Cup heavy cream

1 Lemon, juice and zest

2 teaspoons salt


Slice and drizzle bread with olive oil before grilling, rub a cut garlic clove on each slice of grilled bread. Spread whipped ricotta mixture on every slice before topping with tomato bruschetta, salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish.
