Sweetheart Dance

Dad, dance the night away with your daughter(s) and enjoy an evening neither of you will ever forget! Girls ages 3-15 are invited to attend a special dinner and dance with dad (or other significant male figure). Father and Daughter Sweetheart Dance takes place on February 10th from 5:00 to 7:30 PM at the City Center Garden Room of Eden Prairie. The event costs $36 per child and $39 per adult, both child and adult must register. Your fee includes dinner, dancing, a photo of the couple, favors, and a special Valentine craft. The Man Who Came To Dinner

Eden Prairie Players’ winter play is finally here! This year’s play is The Man Who Came To Dinner, written by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman and directed by Stephen Houtz. Tickets for all performances are $10 in advance or at the door. The play will be performed the weekend of February 16th and the weekend of February 23rd at Eden Prairie High School Auditorium. A synopsis of The Man Who Came To Dinner as well as the cast list and performance times can be found on edenprairieplayers.com 

Eden Prairie Liquor Sip and Learn: Skaalvenn Distillery

Eden Prairie Liquor invites you to sip and learn about Skaalvenn Distillery. Mary and Tyson Schnitker are the owners and operators of the Brooklyn Park distillery and will be taking guests on a tour of their fine spirits. Eden Prairie Liquor Sip and Learn: Skaalvenn Distillery takes place on Wednesday, February 7th at 7:00 PM at Eden Prairie Liquor, 16508 West 78th Street, Eden Prairie.

Eden Prairie Indoor Triathlon

Swim, bike, and run at the Eden Prairie Community Center in their state-of-the-art competitive swimming pools and fitness center during their Indoor Triathlon. The Indoor Triathlon takes place on March 4th. Participants compete in waves of eight and will receive assigned waves, along with additional event information, by email prior to the event. The distance for the pool portion of the race is either 1,000 meters of swimming or rowing 2,500 meters, the biking portion is 10 miles, and the running distance is 3 miles. The 1st through 3rd place male and female finishers for Row-Bike-Run and Swim-Bike-Run receive medals. The Indoor Triathlon costs $20 for Community Center members/residents, and $25 for non-residents.
