Veterans Breakfast

Come honor and celebrate the veterans who have served our country by joining together for a great breakfast, all are welcome. Enjoy a full-catered meal of French toast bake, breakfast meat, fruit, rolls, juice and coffee. A guest speaker will be presenting on a veteran-related topic during the morning.  Brookdale Senior Living and The American Legion Post 580 sponsor a portion of this event. The Veterans Breakfast is held on November 9th from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Eden Prairie Senior Center. Register online at edenprairie.org/register.

Eden Prairie Lioness Art & Craft Fair

Eden Prairie Lioness would like to welcome you to their 7th Annual Art & Craft fair on Saturday November 5th. The Lioness have worked hard to find quality artists and crafters to bring you their unique and hand crafted items. Grace Church opens their doors for the Eden Prairie Lioness Art & Craft Fair at 9:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM. The Lioness donate funds to local, state, national and international charities.

Flick ‘n’ Float

Bring your young ones to join the Eden Prairie Community Center at November’s Flick ‘n’ Float. Come and bring your own floatie, swim, and enjoy a movie with neighbors and friends alike. This fun-filled event is open to everyone ages five and older.  Flick ‘n’ Float is on November 11th at the Community Center Recreation pool. The night begins with open swim at 5:30 PM, the movie begins at 6 PM. This event is free for Community Center Members, $5.50 for non-member children, and $6.00 for non-member adults. Please accompany children younger than the age of 12 to Flick ‘n’ Float.

ATHENA Luncheon

Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce will be presenting the 2016 ATHENA Award on November 10th. The ATHENA Award is presented annually to a woman or man who is recognized for professional excellence, community service, and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills. The ATHENA Award highlights what recipients have accomplished, in addition to paving a path for future successes. In celebration of the award ceremony, 2016 Minneapolis/St.Paul Business Journal Career Achievement honoree, Dr, Barbra Butts Williams, will be speaking at the event. The annual ATHENA luncheon begins at 11:30 AM and is presented by Suburban Chevrolet. For more information, or to register please call 952-944-2830 or visit epchamber.org
