But the night wouldn’t be complete without a few furry VIP guests, Quasi The Great and RooRoo The Two Legged WonderDog will also be joining the fun. Bone Appetit takes place on September 14th at 6pm at the Aria Event Center. Proceeds from the event go to Secondhand Hounds to help animals through adoption, rehabilitation, and hospice care. Over 450 households in Eden Prairie and Chanhassen go to PROP to get essential food items each month. Unfortunately, the shelves have been pretty slim as summer winds down. PROP’s Food Shelf invites community stakeholders to “Adopt-A-Day/Week” to fill those shelves. Individuals, seniors, veterans, families, and new immigrants all come to PROP for fresh foods. It takes 1000 pounds of food or $1000 to fill the shelves for a day. Adopting a day or week would supplement the program by providing the necessary amount of food or donation for that day/week. For more information please contact Mary Brown at email@example.com or 952-200-5731.
